Do you offer Wash & Fold Pick Up and Delivery laundry service?
Yes, we do! We offer a super quick and easy laundry collection service. Through our online portal, you can schedule a pickup at any time between 7 AM and midnight. Our drivers can arrive as quickly as 30 minutes after you place your order, and your laundry will be returned the same day it’s completed.
Do I need a special bag for my dirty laundry?
You can pack your dirty laundry in any bag — garbage bags, totes, or whatever works for you. With your first order, we’ll clean and fold your laundry and give you a free blue Normandy Laundry bag that holds up to 50 lbs! For your next order, use your new laundry bag to pack your clothes, then drop it off at our store or schedule a convenient pickup.
Do you offer laundry drop off service?
Of course! We offer Same Day and Next Day Laundry Drop Off services at our store location 1977 71st street, Miami Beach!
Can I drop off my laundry in person and then get it delivered?
Yes! You can drop off your laundry in our store and request return delivery by following the link you receive via sms when your order is ready!
What is your Wash & Fold turnaround time?
We offer 24 Hours laundry services for both our walk in and delivery customers and Same Day Service for a small extra charge.
For Same Day, what if my order is placed after 12pm?
Same Day Laundry service placed before 12pm will be processed and ready for delivery the same day. If your order comes in after 12pm, it will be available next day. As always, you will receive a text message if your order is ready sooner so you can schedule a delivery at your desired time.
How do I schedule my return delivery?
Once your order is ready, you will receive an SMS notification with a link to manage your order. After clicking your link, you will be asked to select the time window for your delivery. If you would like to reschedule, you are able to do so anytime before your previously selected delivery window.
How regularly are the machines washed and sanitized?
We take cleanliness to heart! Each machine is thoroughly washed and sanitized every day to ensure the best laundry experience for you.
When's the last call for starting a wash?
You can start your last wash at 10:30 PM. This gives you plenty of time to wash, dry, and fold everything before we close up at 12am.
What are your service areas?
We are based in Normandy Isles, Miami Beach and service all of neighborhoods of Miami including Normandy Shores, North Bay Village, Treasure Island, Surfside, Bel Harbor, Sunny Isles, South Beach, Edgewater, Wynwood, Design District, Brickell, Morningside, Little River, Belle Meade, Little Haiti, Miami Shores, North Miami, Venetian Islands and other neighborhoods.
Which Payment Methods do you accept?
For Pickup and Delivery, we require a credit or debit card on file to process your order and pay the Uber driver, and we accept all major credit and debit cards. In-store, we accept credit cards, Zelle, and cash, and we provide a coin machine for exchanging coins if needed.
I need to log in to update my information?
You can log into your account here to Update your Order, Account Information, View previous orders, update your credit card on file, opt-in to our loyalty program and referral program.
How do I join the Loyalty Program?
Our free loyalty program offers 1% back in credits that you can redeem on wash and fold orders. Simply opt in to join here.
How can I earn referral credits?
We offer a Give $10, Get $10 referral program where you share your referral link or code with friends, and you both receive $10 in credits once your friend signs up and places their first laundry order. You can find your referral link here.
